I took some time today to do self care, which is different for everyone but for me, I make a salt scrub with herbs and intentions that cleanse negative energy off my self in the shower, then i drink a nice chamomile tea

I was in the hospital last week and not much better but really need this blessing and abundance for my home/health. But whenever I do this kind of thing I’m even more exhausted than normal. Just wondering if there is a way to do it without completely zapping myself?
