Art Box!

I tried something new for this one, so I hope you guys like the timelapse! I found out Clip Studio Paint comes with a record feature so I tried it out on a portrait. It's very fun to see it in timelapse; however... It makes the file size massive so it sometimes crashes... I don't think I can do a full recording of large works, but I think I can do it for smaller ones. I'll keep looking into it in the future!

Another thing: with Twitter being as volatile as it is I think it's time I really start sharing on other social media... So if you want to follow me anywhere else, I'm using Tumblr and Instagram right now under the same "halfheartxi" name. I'm not sure where else to go. Every day it feels like it's getting more and more difficult to pursue art. The worst part is it's all out of my control. With how bad social media is for artists and AI companies stealing from artists, it doesn't feel hopeful. I'm not sure what to do besides the only thing I know, and that's just keep drawing. Just gonna keep drawing for now, and we'll see what happens later.

With everything going on in the world I know I'm not the only one having a hard time. I needed friends to remind me to rest, and to stop thinking so broadly. Small goals, small steps. So just in case anyone else needed to hear it: please remember to take care of yourselves and take on these mountains one step at a time- it'll be behind us soon enough.
