On his search for Ken O'Sullivan -- fellow officer of the Muscle City Police Department, partner, and very good friend to Ronnie Blake -- Ronnie's search leads him to a back alley and to a man standing guard at a very conspicuous door.

This man, who only goes by J, is the mostly-silent type, used to dealing with tough guys who try to get into the building behind him. The curb near him is always littered with groaning piles of punks.

Ken is beyond that door. Ronnie is sure of it. But when pressed to let him by, J does not budge. Ronnie refuses to issue the password, 'The Red Scorpions reign supreme.' instead resorting to some not-by-the-books tactics to get inside.

J bumps pecs with Ronnie, shoving the cop back and starting a quick battle!
