Zangief was impressed by his visit to Muscle City. He wrestled many worthy opponents and wished that he could've clashed muscle with many more that had caught his eye. Connor Cutler was one of them.

The referee for Muscle City Wrestling and Muscle City Boxing was the former chief of police at the MCPD. Zangief viewed the musclebound ref as a bear he had yet to tame -- and would yet!

Connor received round trip tickets from a liaison (a hopeless worshiper, the Red Cyclone called him). Also included was a challenge to wrestle the world's biggest and best man! As well as a list of other boasts that ran right off the edge of the page.

Remembering the matches that the bearhugger fought in Muscle City, Connor packed his bags and boarded the next flight out...
