Update: Delaying New Video til Monday

Hi Patreon gang--
  Kind of disappointing news: there won't be a new video to check out this Friday morning as originally scheduled. Plan A was to make a video about making a Playdate game using their free tools. It seemed pleasantly simple and easy at first, and then I learned most of the stuff I wanted to do was going to take some legitimate coding language that's a little out of my league.   Anyway tonight I've decided instead of rushing something together that I'm not too happy with, I'm going to make a Hot Takeaways video focused on whatever happens at the end of this Capcom Countdown: https://www.capcom-games.com/countdown/ Whatever it may herald (smart money is on a new Street Fighter) that clock will stop ticking at midnight my time and I'll be able to shoot and edit a quick spicy video that night.
  These in-betweeners were meant to be opportunities to stretch outside of game critique to try out more experimental videos, so I get it if you think this is a disappointing pivot. I'll say that I've actually found lots of room for weird creativity within regular Delayed Input episodes, and also that I'll plan better to have something extra weird, hopefully almost disastrous, for the next in-betweener.
