Announcement -- September 12, 2021

Just wanted to announce and remind people that I will be taking the last week of September off per my attempts at taking regular quarterly breaks.
(( Can't believe we're about to enter the fourth quarter of 2021, btw. Holy crap. . . ))
This means that there will be no story release on Friday, September 24th, and that scheduled weekly releases will resume on Friday, October 1st.
And for anyone curious about if these breaks help. . . I have noticed that my enthusiasm for writing tends to ebb just about every three months. That is, I've been able to catch myself being uninspired and before I get a chance to beat myself up over it, I can usually check the calendar and see that, yes, indeed, it's been a quarter since my last break.
So, yes. I'd say there's something to this? We'll keep an eye on things to see if they change.
