Let’s hope that after they're done with the most requested Fates (Zero, UBW, HF, SF, etc.) Wes&Steph can go back and react to the Fate/stay night (2006) and see the character arc of Saber. Until then, congratulations to the winners. I hope you guys enjoy it. And thanks to Wes&Steph for considering our watch order for the poll P.D. Refrain for over explaining of what is happening in every chapter. Let them figure things for themselves and just answer when asked and is not spoiler. Have a nice day!

Imagine being stuck for weeks watching that before getting to ufotable. It’s the one thing we can all agree on lol

2026-03-13 16:45:22 +0000 UTCThanks everyone for voting for the only right order. Having 2006 in the list has a lot of duplication of ideas behind the war which are explained in zero very thoroughly. Same ideas are also get explained in UBW somewhat. Unless a person cares for a specific VN ending adaptation that is in the 2006 version, it doesn't particularly bring much to the table, and it's visuals are inconsistent with the other ones. So technically, to cover the ENTIRETY of the original fate stay night VN, the 2006 version is needed, as it's one of the 3 main endings, but it just has a lot of duplication with UBW, which would make UBW kind of duplicated, story-wise that is.

It’s best not to watch a prequel first, especially in the case of zero since it was written with you knowing what happened in mind. I just hope they don’t kick up a storm after zero is done because they are infamous for the bad stuff they say about fate stay night
