Fate/Zero Episode 1

*** PSA for my fellow Fate fans (and for Wes and Steph as well): *** Fate is full of mysteries and complex lore. Most everybody joins this story ignorant of this lore the rules of the magic, and everything else besides. Not knowing exactly what's going on is a normal (I'd even say intended) part of this journey. As we've seen, this ignorance can apply even to main characters!😉 I understand the sentiment of being super excited about bringing others into the fold and wanting to revel in the depth of the story ASAP. But let's not jump the gun by dumping any unnecessary or extra details into the comments unless it's needed. A lot of us are posting stuff here that's far, far beyond the scope of this, the first episode, if it even needs to be posted at all. And some of it is borderline spoilers. Wes and Steph are smart and attentive and will figure out all the important stuff without anybody's hand-holding. And there are a lot of other first-timers here figuring things out as well who probably don't want the answers given to them. So let's let them keep their thrill of discovery. There is plenty of opportunity to sort things out for themselves based on what's in the anime, and the anime alone, without pages of extra footnotes. The anime will provide what answers they need, and then, only if they are really struggling, we can help them with anything they missed. I'm sorry if this came off as a lecture, or preachy, but I felt it had to be said. Thanks for reading, and reacting! 👍

Ive been looking forward to this all week xD. Yay for Fate! Im glad you guys are so perceptive and knowledgeable in regards to myths. George Washington would be an insane and epic heroic spirit. Glad you guys enjoyed the first episode, trust me they threw a lot of info at you but you made sense of it, you did butcher their names xD but its whatevez, you'll remember the names with time :> Can't wait for next week! Hope we get the HxH treatment and get two eps a week 😆

Oh my god. Guys, stop explaining things that get explained later on. Yisus… chill. They don't need to know everything from the start. Also, since Wes&Steph consider cast in the OP and ED as spoiler skip both the ending and opening until episode 8. That’s my recommendation.
