Rascal Does Not Dream Episode 2

Comments

bro, it's mothing major but you shouldn't say this things. You could affect their expectations of the show since they don't know there are multiple characters arcs within the show. For all they know all the show is about mai's situation.

Re your convo about little girls getting popularised on social media etc., I watch a lot of anime videos on Youtube, and I've started being recommended lots of shorts of little girls in swimisuits, so it's big over there and somehow getting pushed by the algorithm, which is despicable.

the endings do not change every episode, they change every arc (so like every 2-4 episodes). they are sang by the main character of that arc, which is also the character that appears in the ending visuals

Futaba also does Anya Forger so do you hear that? haha

Jacob

You know how you become one of those 1% of the population sages? When you realise that in the big picure, even if there's someone there to hear the tree fall, it still doesn't matter

Stefan

Talking about Kaguya-sama, the special Stairway to Adulthood (~50 min) was released in January. It's a continuation of the Kaguya-sama series.

Ethereal

Not just Frieren but also Anya btw!

To answer your question at 30:44, Wes was definitely Steph's senpai at school. In Japan, the senpai/kouhai status is almost never tied to age, but experience in doing something or being in an environment. A higher grade student is always a senpai of a lower grade at school. But, if that lower grade student is, say, a more experienced chess player, then they can still be a senpai of the higher grade student, in chess specifically. All regardless of age. So if an 80-yo grandma just started playing Fortnite, she will still call 14-yo little Timmy her senpai.

Yorutia

It is more about seniority so there are cases that someone younger then you in life can be your senpai.

SLF needs more love

To Wes's point, the power system is a bit more soft than hard, but there are aspects to it which follow proper rules in universe and physical knowledge. That's all I can say without spoiling things

I ended up binge rewatching this show. I liked it more now than when it aired (probably cause i matured). Also, the ending themes are sung by the heroine's voice actors, and they all sing different parts of the same song, so by the end you'll get the whole song, so make sure you watch the ending of the final episode. Shame there weren't subtitles for the lyrics. But the song is called Fukashigi no Karute, which means Mysterious Medical Chart.

Iriza

I think Sakuta and Mai’s sarcasm and witty remarks makes the romance in this so much stronger!

Wes is right, this is the most unique "tempo" I've ever seen a fictional relationship have, it's really entertaining for sure. I hope it ends up somewhere by the end of the season, they have really good chemistry.
