Chapter 15 runt up Mando will be out tommrow

partly because my editor wants to give mando one more look but this good opportunity to see if double realises is having any effect on comments. say i realises mando first it gets comments, they then go read runt and people to tiered to make comments that sorta thing.

I'm also testing out what coming community-edited documents which be a version of a chapter that comes out with a chapter for comminutes easy offer what fixes they see.
