Added 2022-01-28 08:01:38 +0000 UTCSo, I've had some thoughts about the future of MCDSaveEdit. I can see a few options going forward with the project and I want to know what you guys think.
MCDSaveEdit version 1.4.2 was the most recent build to be published for free and works with the current version of MCD but does not have The Tower tab. Version 1.5.1 has only been distributed here on Patreon at this point and it has The Tower tab. I have been thinking about keeping The Tower tab as a special feature just for subscribers.
What do you say?
Option 1: Stop releasing MCDSaveEdit for free, subscribers keep The Tower tab and all future updates to themselves.
Option 2: Create two builds going forward, MCDSaveEditFree (never gets The Tower tab or future features) that gets published for free and MCDSaveEditFull (always full feature set) which will only go out to subscribers.
Option 3: Two builds, MCDSaveEditFree and MCDSaveEditFull, but free version gets features way later (like months later)
Option 4: Continue releasing MCDSaveEdit for free after subscribers have beta tested just like usual.
