PtTOP #2: Custom Waveform Visualzier using Point Transform TOP --- sick mode, annotated patch

I am planning to re-record this with voice and put it on YouTube in the near future - oh so many plans! Until then this is can serve as good learning I hope!
We are looking at another example working with the Point Transform TOP weights, and demonstrating their usefulness (check the previous episode for general explanation https://www.patreon.com/posts/pttop-1-hidden-92738822). Along the lines we'll take a look also at why it's important to re-range our Ramp TOPs (I have an old video deep-diving into the issues of the Ramp TOP on my YT https://youtu.be/6y2NN1RAqdQ), as well as introducing a custom region-averaged smoothstepped Blend CHOP to enclose our circles in a neat way.
