FunctionStore_tools v1.1 is released

Here's what's new:
- Added Greg's OP Create Dialog IO Filter Mod. How awesome is that the creator of TouchDesigner is a contributor to the tools! It allows you to filter out commonly unused operators from the OP create dialog with some buttons on the top right of the dialog.
- Major refactor of SwapOPs, it works in most expected scenarios, so swap away! Please look at the code, I'm pretty proud of it :3
- Fixed GlobalOutSelect not always updating.
- Fixed AltSelect behavior with docked OPs.
Here's what's to come:
- Rework of UI mod installs: instead of storing them in a common container they should be part of the tool they are interfacing with. Users should also have some sort of configuration options, whether they want to install certain buttons or not, as well as the order of them. This should be a separate system where the tools can auto-install the buttons, as well as a manager that can take over the process and customize it.
- Adding the option for more modules to externalize their content such as midi and osc mapping, as well as the option to externalize "globally" or per-project. This should be a user-friendly process. In this way the updating of the tool should not overwrite any past settings.
- Adding auto-update functionality a'la olib dependency
- Any more suggestions are welcome!
