Finally TopToMidi sees the day!
IMPORTANT: On Mac systems it doesn't work out of the box, will have a workaround soon. Also make sure you are using the latest TD version!

UPDATE:
If you had issues before with opening the demo file try again. Also added the 'Help' to each parameter, so you can alt-hover over a param to understand what it's doing.
