Sorry, but it seems like the initial version of our patch had an issue where depending on the order of events in Chapter 2, the door to the bio lab would remain locked and you could be unable to progress. There is a workaround by talking to Qing Long immediately at the start of the chapter, but it requires restarting the chapter over.
