*Sadly enough I did run into issues for the functional tea set so this might come out on a later date once I figured out how to make it work in the game! (I'm not great at modding/coding at the moment)

I love having my irl birdhouses in the game, especially the beehive (Mom calls me the “bee whisperer”; my Sims keep bees in the garden and have some bee decor🐝 ). I’ve also made good use of the TV in my MCM builds and I love the tea set. 😊
