I’ve found the best thing for weight loss is a punching bag, have a free standing one I use for punch power/cardio and last year I lost weight and went underweight for my height due to using it. Only do it once or twice a week now but if you want to lose weight it’s great as it burns a lot of calories and is much more fun than running.
