PremierUE 0.4 Release!

The biggest update is of course LCS support, while as you can see, they dont look exactly identical, LCS is looking in a good enough state ATM to ship it, but alot of work is still to be done! PremierUE GAM (For Pure Gamma) also has a few updates to it as well. PLEASE DELETE ALL OLD PREMIERUE FILES AND PREFORM A CLEAN MANUAL INSTALL!!
