No Chapter This Week
Added 2024-08-25 10:22:07 +0000 UTCAs the title of this post sugguests, there will not be a chapter until this upcoming weekend. You all have my sincerest apologies for that. My wife is set to undergo a medical operation early this next week five hours away from where we currently reside. I thought I could get a chapter done this week despite the prep for that, but hours of time spent dealing with doctors on a daily basis made that less feasible than I anticipated. I probably won’t get much chance to work on writing until the day before her operation, if not the day itself, on which I expect to be a bundle of anxiety despite the fact it is an extremely low-risk operation.
Once the procedure’s finished, my wife has to self-isolate for at least a week, so the good news is I should have no issues getting writing done from the middle of this upcoming week onward, as our lives will somewhat be on hold for a little bit.
Again, I apologize for the inconvenience; I expected I’d have more writing time this week than I wound up having, between doctors, preparing logistics, and spending time with my wife before I won’t be able to do that.
