2025-04-01 18:52:53 +0000 UTCno, it's a god awful running gag. dingo is revealed to be a shapeshifter in the first episode and sleet can control his shifting with a remote. also, they're not robotnik's minions, they're mercenaries. it's implied in a few episodes that robitnik is actually paying them for this, which is extra funny when you realize they never accomplish anything and frequently undermine his plan by accident.
