If Chrome browser doesn't allow you to save a file, just press Ctrl + J, select "Save" & "Continue". The app can find default PoE client in the "C:\Program Files" folder, loads compression library, connects a web-server, modify .ggpk files and has no approved digital signatures - it seems too suspicious for Google (and sometimes for Windows Defender). So it's a typical "false positive" issue, as always.
