Dev Notes: Adding autoApply parameter

In the next Aprils update you'll be able to launch the app with "-autoApply" parameter.
In this scenario the app opens last opened poe client and applies last selected options. You can use it for your "special purposes" i.e. calling a cmd from a "OnPatch()" event listener or whatever you want.
