ERO v2.3 Early Access: With support for more mod traits!

Got a request by a patron in PM that they would find it cool to add Selvadoradian-speaking natives, etc. to their Sims' turn-ons lists for more fun Maxis-match features...and it echoed an earlier suggestion from another Simmer, so I decided why the heck not!
So here's 2.3 for you lovelies, which adds support for the Language Barriers mod, as well as Slice of Life personality types! 🎊
There's also a brand new nationality trait addition from a patron who requested in PM: Austrian! 😁
