The title (and the Twitter post) was just a joke, this is Shangyu defeating a group of rampaging robots assaulting an office building in Zhe'rong.

Red tofu is not only a disease, it can also corrupt electronic equipment powered by Blue Heaven, from smaller devices like InfoTerminals to larger, unmanned war machines. However, only equipment and devices actively connected to the Blue Heaven network are vulnerable, the actual mechanism of the corruption is still unknown.

In this event not only are the bots corrupted, there's also red tofu visibly leaking out of the PC on the desk. Composition of those red tofu is the same as this one:

The bots here are Gen 1 Causality Engine Intervention Representatives, produced in large quantities during the Tofu Wars. More on the bots here at the end of <Greenhouse> 1-3, an ongoing comic thing me and another artist are collaborating on:

As seen in this drawing (as well as in the comics), the bots have markings on their face shields that are similar to Envoy's tattoos, the reason behind this will be revealed in later chapters of <Greenhouse>, which will be updated under the same thread in the future, depending on the other artist's availability.
