Operation Monochrome Skies, where a Dual-Envoy Tactical Unit was sent to track down Kuri last spotted in the Zhe'rong region.

Behind them is an artistic representation of Blue Heaven, not an actual hologram.

Shortly after Blue Heaven took over the Empire and her services were made available to not just government officials but the general public as well, many people thought it would be fun to use their individual terminals to ask her "There is a runaway trolley coming at the..."

and before they could even finish, Blue Heaven would say:

"You expected me as a machine to tell you it's optimal to sacrifice 1 person to save 5 didn't you? You humans had to choose, because you don't have enough power. But I, I am no human"

This is the machine created by the last dynasty but eventually became the Emperor herself.

"Vegetables should be fried in lard;

sons go to war, daughters run the house."

This used to be an old folk song but with lyrics altered, if you hear anyone singing this in the Outskirts, they're sure to be one of the rebels or have been influenced by them.
