"Qimen"
Added 2022-08-14 04:59:29 +0000 UTCYuan Jing, first appeared in the Server Room drawing as a background character, Shou's friend and initially a fellow Yulin, now Qimen. Her weapon is a semi-fictional variant of the CS/LS7 submachine gun with an integrated suppressor similar to the MP5SD. As mentioned in the flavour texts, the long skirts were there to conceal the weapon (held open in the drawing so it's visible what's underneath, but in practice it would be closed to fully cover up the legs and the gun). The two pull tabs can be used to quickly detach the skirts in case they get snagged on things and etc.
Lore-wise, Yulin and Qimen were both parts of the Imperial Guard and there are frequent exchanges of members and resources between them, so it's totally possible for Jing to switch between the two. Jing's Qimen outfit is very different from Yulin's but there are still some shared elements, such as the same decorative pattern on the outfit and the key-shaped accessories attached to the belt (the same can be found in Shou's sprite, those are basically dog tags for Yulin/Qimen members where biometrics are stored digitally inside, they can also be used as physical keys granting higher-level authorisation when accessing Blue Heaven terminals offline).
