How to use Tray Files:

• 1. Read the note below, then download & unzip the .zip file you want 
• 2. Copy the files contained within this folder into the Tray Folder (C:\Users\*YourUsername*\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray)
• 3. Launch your game
• 4. Load the lot you wish to place the build in.
• 5. Enable bb.moveobjects, bb.showhiddenobjects and bb.showliveeditobjects
• 6. Open the in game library
• 7. Check "enable custom content" in the advanced section located on the left hand side at the bottom of the filter options
• 8. Locate the build and place

Note: There are two different download files below, "Tulip Townhouse" is the one you can see being built in the speed build. Because of the huge footprint on the Felixandre Schwerin trim pieces, in that one the front entry and front guest bathroom as well as the children's shower on the top floor aren't functional. They aren't necessary for gameplay, but if you want it 100% functional you can download the file without trim. I explain this in detail in the speed build around 05:00.
