Jeeves 3.1

Jeeves 3.1 is around the corner.
The focus of 3.1 is Role Management, Polish and Patreons.
Jeeves is more expensive now then ever to run as we continue to grow its network. As such a decent chunk of time has been taken to develop some cool stuff for all you backers and to encourage more people to back.
After the launch of 3.0 I have kept an eye on things specifically `!auth and the roles system. The updates that are coming should clean that up drastically.
We also got a new Developer on the team. There will be a welcome announcement for him soon. He has already contributed greatly. Most of the Role system renovations have him to thank.
Jeeves has started to get a bit more professional. We have started actually using Trello for bug reports, suggestions and tracking. Our helper team who are awesome volunteers have rules and guidelines to follow, and some more organizational changes to help grow Jeeves as a brand.
I would like to thank you all for being supported of Jeeves and would encourage all of you to share ideas and suggestions you might have for the future!
