I'm going into this Halloween game having learned a few lessons from last year's failed attempt at releasing a Halloween game by October 31. Aside from starting earlier, I'm also trying to be smarter about what kinds of positions and features can be included in a reasonable timeframe.
Unfortunately, I also didn't have any solid ideas for what I was going to make when I started the project, and that kind of choice paralysis can slow me down a lot if I let it. I've done different types of ghost girls for the past three Halloweens, so I knew I wanted to do a zombie girl this time. I did a quick sketch of a few designs, and settled on two that I'll probably modify and borrow different elements from as the scene comes together. Beyond that, I had several criteria for the scene itself that I wanted to hit:
it should be a POV scene—I haven't done one in a long time and POV partners usually require way fewer assets to draw
the POV character should be looking forward, not down, so I can draw a cool Halloween-themed background
paizuri, handjobs, and blowjobs are usually easier to animate, but I was wondering if it was possible to fit in all three
boobs are great, and butts are great, is there a way to make both visible in the one scene?
if there's going to be a futa option for the main girl, her package should be visible at some point, right?
It took me a while to figure out how to fit all of these into one scene. What I settled on is a scene where the POV character is lying down on some elevated surface while the zombie girl is standing in front of partner. From there, I plan for the zombie girl to be able to seamlessly transition from idle to blowjob, handjob, or paizuri. She really leans into the blowjob so her butt is visible in that interaction.
At the moment, I'm still animating the transition between all the poses. There are a lot of complicated little visual details around the way she changes her pose that I'm still working through, and so the poses you're seeing the picture are far from done.
Due to the Halloween deadline that I'm trying to hit for this game, I can't afford to slow down by getting indecisive or chasing perfection. With that in mind, I'm trying to keep moving forward by trusting my instinct for several decisions and not being afraid to cut ideas that don't work out.
TL;DR: I'm making a POV Halloween game starring a zombie girl. The current plan is that she can seamlessly transition between idle, blowjob, handjob, and paizuri poses, but I'm still working on animating those transitions. I'm being pretty improvisational with the early development of this one to hopefully get it done by Halloween.
