Added 2020-12-02 18:46:15 +0000 UTCMarco Rudy is a Mozambican-turned-Canadian Comic Book Artist, Painter, Illustrator and off-beat Storyteller.He has been working in the comics industry, for the better part of 13 years, with tenures at DC (Swamp Thing, Action comics, The Shield) and Marvel (Marvel Knights: Spiderman; Bucky Barnes: The Winter Soldier, Avengers, Uncanny X:Men), among others. He is known for his use of traditional medium (watercolors and acrylics) and a very Non-traditional way of visual story-telling, in which the Layout, Design and Color palette of a page and sequence, tells the story in equal amount as that of the action in each panel.
For 12 Days of Patreon Marco is offering a sample of a look into his process for making his in progress creator owned book RDW- Rainy Day Woman. He’s revealing the process from thumbnail to finished art, and his steps along the way.
When you back Marco you get a behind the scenes, step by step look at the making of RDW as it’s being made, from script all the way to the finished page.
