Boum is a cartoonist and illustrator based in Montreal, Canada. She is the author of A SMALL REVOLUTION and NAUSEES MATINALES ET AUTRES PETITS BONHEURS, but her most well-known work is BOUMERIES, a journal webcomic running from 2011 to 2020 that she self-published into ten volumes, and that is currently being collected as an omnibus by Quebec-France publisher Glenat. The bulk of her comic work is strongly inspired by her experiences as a parent.
To start the celebration off Boum is offering the complete first two volumes of BOUMERIES for the 12 Days of Patreon, in English and French.
Newcomers to Boum’s Patreon page will have access to work-in-progress posts of her illustrations, comic pages, insight on the new projects she is working on, an archive of over 80 bonus BOUMERIES strips that don’t exist anywhere else on the Internet, and they can also subscribe to receive one original BOUMERIES strip every month via snail mail. Patrons also get 25% off all her prints on her print shop!
