♡ Important November Rewards Update – Quick New Forms for Names & Polaroids!

This month has been absolutely insane (thank you SO much for all the unexpected attention!), and because of that I’m making a few small changes to keep everything running smoothly and fairly for everyone.

With so many more of you here now (I’m so grateful!!), the old way of doing things just isn’t sustainable anymore. When I send a mass message to the whole tier, it instantly buries everyone else’s replies and DMs under 50–100 new ones, so I end up spending a lot of time digging through Patreon just to find one person’s preferred name or shipping info. Same with figuring out who actually wants the physical Polaroid each month, going back and forth in messages is getting difficult

So starting this month I’m switching to quick monthly Google Forms for the personalized & physical tiers! It’ll literally take you 15–30 seconds to fill out, and it helps me SO much because:

- For the $40+ digital signed photos → I can instantly see the exact name/nickname you want me to write this month (no more “wait, what did they go by again?”)

- For the $75 Sweet Trove physical Polaroid → I’ll only mail it to people who actually fill out the shipping form that month (most of you just want the big photoset anyway)

Everyone in the $60 and $75 tiers will get the same physical opt-in form, just fill it if you want the Polaroid shipped this month!

I’ll be sending the links through Patreon’s tier mass-message feature on the 1st of every month (Pro tip: if you ever want to message me personally, sending it after the 1st usually keeps it from getting buried under all the mass-message replies!) This new system will actually make chatting with you easier too, once the big monthly rush is done, my inbox calms down and I can reply way faster ♡

I’ll also be sending the exclusive discount code around the same time, so expect a couple messages in your inbox right after December 1st. It’s all to help me get rewards out efficiently (and still have time to talk you!). Thank you for understanding

I know I used to promise everything was super personal and confirmed in DMs, and I’m honestly a little nervous this might feel less “one-on-one”… but it’s truly the only way I can keep delivering on time now that things have grown so fast. The content itself will stay just as special, I promise!

Forms go out on the 1st with a deadline of the 3rd (plenty of time to see the notification!). If everyone submits early I might close them sooner so I can start working faster. Rewards are always delivered within the first week of the following month (sometimes even earlier!). Life stuff like my recent surgery or travel might cause a delay, but I’ll always keep you posted.
