IMPORTANT NOTE:
This is a General preset who include Pysical preset.
Unfortunately the model is affected by the tongue collider bug. So I in Jaw Physics turned off tongue collision.
In the file you will also find the different hairstyle and make up presets

Ok, this is a "General preset", you can find in "General preset" tab
