Wherever damp tunnel networks extend beneath sprawling cities, one can find those who have chosen the Undercity as their domain. Shunned by even the less human-like races due to their unsettling appearance and unsavory reputation, the parallel worlds beneath the great cities are often a realm of matted fur, gnashing teeth, and crooked blades. And if one takes a wrong turn in the tunnels, it’s possible to find themselves confronted by a dozen pairs of yellow-gleaming eyes in the darkness.

While a single Gutterskulk might not amount to much, it is the horde of chittering and gnashing Ratfolk your players should be aware of when venturing into tunnel systems, ruins or decrepit warrens. Using their scrap weaponry, prehensile tails and infectious bites, a chittering tide of matted will attempt to overwhelm larger enemies with reckless abandon, dragging them down under a mass of bodies and stab-stabbing them with their grimey shivs, before retreating back into the darkness.

This is a new take on a disease mechanic and the release comes with the accompanying disease table, along with the Infection and Outbreak effects!
