Bone-Gnawers are more aggressive and feral than ordinary ghouls. Defying the image of lurking, gaunt and emaciated creatures, they are infused with unnatural strength, pouncing on their victims with unnatural bulk, unsettling body movements, and flesh-hungry savagery. Their grave-cold hands choking the life from their victims, they often start feeding before the last breath is drawn.

The Borne-Gnawer comes with three different skins, each boasting three idle animations.
The Bone Gnawer is one more Ghoul in the growing crypt company, slotting nicely next to the airborne Garghoul and the skittering hordes of the Ghoul Wretchlings - slightly more buff and aggressive melee brawlers who can act as anchors of the encounter. They perfectly complement any undead encounter, drawing attention away from more specialized allies (like a spellcaster), act as minions for a mightier opponent or just act as wave of pale flesh, bearing down on the party.

Patrons gain access to the PDF accompanying this release - including the Bone-Gnawer's stats, a quick start guide on how to run this enemy, story prompts, items and a spell to get into the mood!

When using animated Beneos Tokens, it's important to be aware of potential health risks, especially for individuals who are susceptible to photosensitive epilepsy. Some of our Token intros contain elements that could potentially trigger seizures for people with photosensitive epilepsy. For instance, lightning effects from storm animations on certain maps simulate strobe-like flashes which could act as a trigger. If you or anyone in your gaming group has a history of epilepsy or seizures, please consult a medical professional before using these animated maps. Additionally, users should take breaks regularly while playing, play in a well-lit room, and avoid playing if they are feeling fatigued or have had little sleep, as this can increase the risk of a seizure.
Our content at Beneos Tokens, Spells & Items has not been rated by any public rating board. However, we strive to create content that refrains from glorifying violence and brutality. While our fantasy adventure maps may contain traces of violence or depict grotesque creatures, these elements are not the focal point of our creations. In the spirit of fostering a safe and inclusive gaming environment, we self-rate our content and suggest it is suitable for users aged 12 and up. We recommend that parents review the tokens, items and spells themselves or adhere to our general age recommendation to determine if the content is appropriate for their children.
