Removing the last bindings from the hostage, Tylix helped her up as she murmured words of thanks, giving furtive glances towards the pile of groaning henchmen.

“Everything ok?”, Tylix asked, her symbiote modulated voice a different tone from her human ones. “Si, gracias!”, the young woman replied, suffering only mild cuts and bruises where the ropes had dug into her skin.

“Here! Nosotras podemos salir por aquí!”, the woman pointed towards one of the doorway, leading Tylix towards the exit. Tylix made sure the henchmen are still down, and went forward, escorting the hostage to safety. “Muchas gracias, si no hubieras venido…”

THUNK!

A heavy boot came beyond the doorway, the kick landing squarely on Tylix’s chest. Tylix flew back into room, crashing into the table at the opposite end. Had she still have ribs, some would’ve definitely be broken. Nonetheless, the impact had deformed her chest, the pressure shock hitting her head, leaving her in a daze.

A large, muscular man strode into the room, cracking his knuckles. Connan had enough of his henchmen fumbling about, and decided to take matters into his own rough hands. It also helped that he has a score to settle with the Black Devil.

The Spanish woman gasped as the imposing figure sped past her. The former boxer grabbed Tylix by the hair of her costume (?) and began to pummel at her face like a punching bag.
