The day started off like any other, Tyler going out on her morning patrol, then stopping by the usual street-side cafe for her brunch. The quaint little spot was famous for its coffee, and thankfully was less crowded when Tyler came for her order.

Alex’s love confession had left a warm buzz within Tyler, leaving her in high spirits for the past week. Tyler eased herself down on the outside table, sandwich and coffee in hand, enjoying the slow morning. However, the spell was broken when a red motorbike suddenly roared past beside her, earnestly followed by a police bike, sirens wailing.

They sped past in a flash, but Tyler had recognized the police bike as Amelia’s. She must be chasing the red bike for a criminal offense. At the same time, her police handset blared with urgency.

Grabbing the walkie-talkie, Rick was on the other line. They were suppose to meet up after this, but he’s having a situation at his spot. A drunk was harassing some shop-owners, and Rick is trying to defuse the situation before it gets violent.

Concerned, Tyler checked with HQ on their situation, but was instead informed that HQ had suddenly received a lot of complaints and cases, and is struggling to arrange the officers to meet them. With a sense of dread, Tyler goes back to her car, but was shocked to see its tires had been slashed. Something is going on.
