Queen Tier Reward: Lucy

Now that's a name I haven't heard for a long time. It's an old anime, famous for having lots of blood and gore, so it's not something you'd recommend to most people.
Design-wise, being mostly blood red is an easy choice, with the addition of her vectors (telekinetic hands) forming the patterns on her skin. In the series, her vectors are invisible, which is the same here. Only those which are heavily soaked in blood and slime are visible, giving a false sense of her attacking range.
