Recalling the vague sensations when Tylix was changing her form, Tyler focused on them and tried to replicate the changes on her own.

First, she raked her fingers through her hair, separating the gelatinous mass into smaller and smaller strands. Being able to move her hair tentacles was still something new, so Tyler have to remind herself not to move them unintentionally. Willing the hair to become her usual brown, the changes were not as refined as Tylix's, the hair strands still thick, and traces of light blue still remained on a few strands.

Combing through her hair left some residual slime on her hands, which she uses to cover up her bare chests. She could reform her human skin to become cloth-like, but she was not confident enough to undo Tylix's work.

Then, on her lower half, the changes were easier as the form wasn't too different. Retracting the talons and smoothing out the tentacles into her flesh, Tyler had to make sure the "pants and socks" look realistic, and not just painted on her bare skin. Even then, the final product seems incredibly skin-tight.

Giving her hair a few more adjustments, Tyler's sense of normalcy returned, at least now she won't get shot on sight when she comes out.
