About the Quiet
Added 2025-06-06 18:38:37 +0000 UTCHi, everyone. Sorry things got so quiet lately. One of our pets recently died in an extremely distressing manner. That coupled with my assistant Pengy catching pertussis. There's an outbreak going on in the US right now, by the way, so get vaccinated; the Tdap only lasts a couple years before its effects drop, and you do not want whooping cough. If you get it, everyone you know gets it, too.
I hope to return to posting next week; the mummy princess story is fully ready to post, as is the next batch of Hero's Journey microfics. I'm also working on Intrepid Pawns again, and then maybe another chapter of Teacher's Pet. Excited for that.
I'm sorry for the curtness of this message. It's a little difficult for me to talk about things directly because of their intensity. I appreciate all of you and your patience and your support at a time like this when I certainly need it. Thank you.
EDIT: I forgot to say that Pengy is fine now. She had a mild case, thank goodness.

i’m sorry to hear about your pet. i lost a childhood pet this month as well, this shit is really hard. you deserve all the time in the world to grieve.
