August 2023 Update
Added 2023-08-04 19:52:39 +0000 UTCIt’s been a bit since I last did an update post, so let's do one now.
Honestly, the big thing I want to talk about is how great I am feeling right now; I managed to get a few animations out in July which was a nice morale boost because I feel like my pace for getting out animations was too slow for quite a while. As well, I also used the last few days of downtime to hammer out a bunch of animation ideas, so my project document is nice and full of a variety of animations; this includes some pretty far out projects including this year’s Christmas animation and next year's May the 4th animation. I also rendered a bunch of teaser renders for some of them which just feels great to do.
The only concern I have is that a lot of the animations I have planned out are definitely on the bigger side (aka multiple prey/mass vore type animations), so I do need to come up with some more animations that are less involved just so I am not burning myself out and can keep up a good pace of releases. The Flexible Meal Plan series does help alleviate this somewhat as those are intended to be more on the simpler side, but it would be a good idea to have more projects that are limited in scope.
Also speaking of scope and large scale projects, I have a new multi-part animation planned out tentatively called “The Heist”. This is a pretty involved project that will probably require a tonne of scene building and is projected to have about 20 prey across four parts. It is not ready for prime time yet as not all of the elements that I would like to have are available yet (the big one is some outfits that I am waiting on).
