I really did want this to be a short update...

But, well, here we are. XD;;;

I'm not quiite done, there's one more small but important bit I need to write. I needed to take a break yesterday, though, because I wrote 26,302 words last week and I was really exhausted. XD Unless I'm remembering wrong, that is also a new record for how much I've done in a week.

I did have to push back another thing I thought was going to be in this update to make this happen. I think that's ultimately for the best, though I apologize for it nonetheless. The Big Event this chapter just ended up a lot more consuming than I anticipated. Still, overall, it's something that I'm really excited about. It may not be what you expect it to be, but I hope everyone will enjoy playing it as much as I enjoyed writing it! The new chapter title, which I have in mind but will actually reveal next week, should be a bit of a hint of what to expect.

Anyway, I'm feeling somewhat more rested after a day of unwinding, and I have expectations that I can finish the writing tonight and move on to the combat design and testing. For that, November 7th is still on schedule to be the correct release date. Honestly, with how much longer than planned this ended up being, I'm kind of impressed I got it done in this amount of time, heh.

Anyway, overall I'm in the home stretch here. I'm looking forward to finishing things up and actually getting to experience the update myself here! And I really hope everyone else will enjoy too. But for now, I'm going to get back to finishing up work on the writing.
