Ah so happy to get feedback on this, I wasn't sure if "its just me". I'll try and have the graphic finished tomorrow, it should include "how to break the cycle at this point"

So real it hurts. Though sometimes self-medicating can look like productive procrastination (e.g., over-working, 30-day challenges, new side projects, etc) or sudden life style changes (e.g., getting new haircut/wardrobe/piercing/tattoo, moving to a new place, quitting your job, adopting a pet, etc.). Anything to break through the routine and make things feel more "real".
