Patreon Rewards & Stretch Goals

For my $10 Tier:
Current $10 Patreons: What makes pledging at this tier worth it for you?
Non $10 Patreons: What is this tier lacking that makes it not worth it for you?
These answers can range anything from: The Illustrations each month, The amount of Bonus content, or even the lack of something another Artist may provide for the same amount/cheaper?
These answers will just help me decide where to go with rewards in the future.
Something I've also been considering is adding a stretch goal. I'd like to hear some feedback on things you'd like to maybe see for these goals.
