Creating a sci-fi costume

Here's a first glimpse at my current project. Most of the costume pieces were bought second hand for a few euros, except the cotton gloves (from a Maltese seamstress) and the mask & bags from a Polish craftsman, who uses rough cotton cloth and leather scraps from furniture factories, scraps that would otherwise go to waste.
I don't know what I'm going to do with hair & makeup yet, but I think I'll keep it quite simple.
In case you didn't see my community post on Youtube, there will be a few weeks without any video on the channel because I'm working full time on this one. Next BTS video will be about the props, and I'll probably post a set building/dressing timelapse after the final roleplay is released.

2023-06-21 07:39:01 +0000 UTCIt has something of the look of the desert about it, which makes sense considering it’s sources of inspiration. If that’s the case you might want to add multi-function sand goggles.
