Who knew a Chad could provide such incredible business insights, not only internally but also by considering the overall economic and workforce environments. Sure, he went a little into the alpha male routine, but I almost got whiplash from how quickly it jerked back around to the fundamentals of business, current work culture, and what it means to have a successful company or corporation that values the culture of its employees. TBH I might start incorporating dance parties in meetings, but you can't do that until you establish the right culture or else it's forced and people who already don't want to be there are instructed to have fun and participate out of context which comes off the wrong way.

You new here? Sidam always wears the hood. It’s part of the brand at this point, but also I imagine a conscious choice to protect his identity so people don’t recognize him in person as much. As for the point of the video, I think it’s clearly a profile of an interesting/eccentric character and some commentary on the social forces that helped create or sustain them… so pretty much what this channel has been doing all along.

The idea that even "going to the office" is an economical microcosm where people spend money on transportation, restaurants, vending machines, etc, and that stimulates that region of a city or town is kind of a cool way of looking at things.
