Cmac is eccentric for sure. Yet on his YouTube channel he also explains how he has diagnosed but untreated schizophrenia (hears voices, paranoid), bipolar, and has outbursts of explosive anger. That's what he means when he says his grandma knew he was "crazy" since he was 10 or 12.He explains the medications make him feel dull and that's a liability in the streets, so he doesn't use it. He's pretty earnest and self aware about it, which is impressive. Hopefully this all ends well for him.
