im soooo excited for you to start your billie journey! a few things - the melody of the strings in skinny is the melody of the bridge in the greatest (just wanted passion from you, just wanted what i gave you) - that SAME melody resurfaces at the very end of blue as well as the “it’s over now” autotune vocal bit from l’amour - once you do her albums/discography i highly HIGHLY recommend watching her documentary on apple tv called “the world’s a little blurry”. it dives into her creation of her debut album and her insane trajectory and is really beautifully made :)

I was lucky enough to be picked for the LA listening party/release party at Kia Forum and it was the craziest best experience! getting to hear it with her, with the lights/projections/fog, with the arena sound system was a super special way to hear it for the first time, and it has only grown on me 10-fold since then. I loved this reaction 💙💙💙

She's got her signature style, and that style is like mumble-whisper or soft-shriek and without lyrics I'm lost. Then I hear her full voice and I'm like... girl! There you are!
