2023-01-17 04:40:03 +0000 UTCI'm not sure if anyone really talked about the Julia and Niall performance on the live stream, but I wanted to give you a little bit of background info on that specific performance because I find it so touching and cry every time I see it. (From what I know) Julia Michaels actually has really bad anxiety and it used to keep her from performing sometimes, which almost happened here. This was actually the second take because she almost had/did have (I'm not sure which) an anxiety attack while trying to perform. Everyone was very supportive and they decided to just start completely over when she was ready. So all of the touching and "acting" was actually her trying to keep herself grounded and Niall being concerned. I love Niall so much and I love that you can tell he was genuinely trying to comfort her. (Thank you for coming to my very unnecessary ted talk, I just love that performance and their friendship so much.) <333
