I like this concept overall! The years of Tenure concept is especially fun to see. The last two categories of tier level and engagement aren't as valuable to me since I increase my pledge whenever my income goes up or I get nice bonus at work. For engagement I don't watch and reply all of your videos but I want you to feel motivated to make what you've decided is best.
